Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to the YoYo DEV. mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) provided by One Cleaner (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, installing, subscribing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Subscription Plans

1.1 Types of Subscriptions

The App may offer the following subscription options (subject to regional availability):

Weekly Subscription: Access to premium features on a weekly basis.

Monthly Subscription: Access to premium features on a monthly basis.

Annual Subscription: Access to premium features on an annual basis.

1.2 Subscription Benefits

Subscribers will receive access to premium functions, such as:

Unlocking all advanced cleaning and optimization features;

Removal of advertisements;

Priority customer support;

Regular updates and performance improvements.

1.3 Free Trial

Some plans may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the corresponding fee will be charged to your account.

2. Payment and Renewal

2.1 Payment

Payment for subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.

2.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the current billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the rate applicable to your selected plan.

2.3 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:

Apple App Store: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions;

Google Play Store: Go to Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions.

2.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. You will be notified of any price change before it takes effect, and the new rate will apply upon renewal unless you cancel your subscription.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Fees already paid are non-refundable, and you will retain access to premium features until the subscription expires.

3.2 Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact:

Apple App Store Support (for iOS purchases), or Google Play Support (for Android purchases).

4. Use of the App

4.1 Personal Use Only

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, rent, lease, distribute, or use the App for commercial gain.

4.2 Intellectual Property

All code, design, content, trademarks, graphics, and other materials within the App are the property of YoYo DEV. or its partners and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written consent.

5. Eligibility and Minors

The App is not directed toward individuals under the age of 13.

Users between 13 and 17 years of age must obtain permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent.

6. Data Protection and Security

6.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By continuing to use the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

6.2 Security Disclaimer

We use industry-standard technical and administrative measures to protect your data.

However, no online system is entirely secure, and you acknowledge that you use the App at your own risk.

7. In-App Purchases

7.1 App Store and Google Play

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

All billing, subscription management, and refund requests must be handled via these respective platforms.

7.2 Purchase Issues

If you experience any issues with in-app purchases, such as missing features or download errors, please contact our support team at zhouliwen@yuplian.top for assistance.

We will coordinate with the relevant platform to resolve your issue.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all related services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with specific devices.

We are not responsible for data loss, performance issues, or damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YoYo DEV. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the competent courts of the State of California, USA.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in any class or representative action.

11. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time for operational, legal, or business reasons.

Any updates will be published within the App or on our official website. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time if you violate these terms or for other justified reasons.
